Whatsheet — WhatsApp to Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
WhatsApp disconnected or shows "needs reconnecting" — what do I do?
Open Whatsheet (the sidebar in Google Sheets, or the task pane in Excel),
go to "Manage WhatsApp numbers," and reconnect the affected number via a
fresh QR code or pairing code. This doesn't lose any of your existing
extraction rules or past data.
My Google or Microsoft connection needs reconnecting — what do I do?
This usually means the account's access was revoked or expired (e.g. a
password change). Open "Manage Google connection" or "Manage Microsoft
connection" in the app and reconnect — your existing spreadsheet/workbook
target and extraction rules stay exactly as configured.
How do I disconnect Whatsheet entirely, or delete my data?
Disconnect your WhatsApp number and Google/Microsoft account from within
the app at any time. To request full account and data deletion, email us
(below) with "Data Deletion Request" in the subject — see the
Privacy Policy's retention section for
details.
