Whatsheet

Whatsheet is a Google Sheets add-on that connects your WhatsApp number to a spreadsheet and automatically turns every matching WhatsApp message into an organized row — no copy-pasting, no manual data entry.

What Whatsheet does

Once you connect a WhatsApp number and a Google Sheet, Whatsheet watches incoming WhatsApp messages and extracts exactly the fields you've configured — a customer's name, an order's details, a support request, whatever matters to your workflow — writing each one straight into your spreadsheet as a new row. It keeps running in the background once set up, so nothing needs to stay open for it to keep working.

You can connect more than one WhatsApp number to the same spreadsheet (for example, a sales line and a support line), and organize extraction into named groups — each with its own rules and its own destination tab, created automatically the first time it's needed.

Two ways to define what gets extracted

Keyword rules

Tell Whatsheet what follows a label in the message, like "Name:" or "Phone:" — or use a regex pattern for more control. Matched instantly, no AI call involved.

AI extraction

Describe what you want in plain English — "extract the customer's name, phone number, and what they want to order" — and let an AI model read the message and fill in the columns.

How it works

  1. 1

Install Whatsheet and open it from any Google Sheet

Extensions → Whatsheet → Open, from inside Google Sheets.
  2. 2

    Connect a WhatsApp number

Scan a QR code or enter a pairing code — the same way WhatsApp Web links a device.
  3. 3

    Define what to extract

Add keyword rules, or switch a group to AI mode and describe what you want in plain English.
  4. 4

Every matching message becomes a row — automatically

Whatsheet keeps working in the background, no need to keep the sidebar open.

Pricing

Every organization starts on a free tier — 10 keyword extractions, no card required — before choosing a plan. AI extraction is a paid-plan feature, billed by usage-based credits after a small free allowance.
